What is the vehicle capacity?

We offer two sizes of vehicles from our licensed fleet:

  1. Standard Saloon Vehicle

    • Seats up to 4 passengers
    • 2 large suitcases + 2 carry‑ons

  2. MPV / Minivan‑style Vehicle

    • Seats 6–7 passengers
    • 6 large suitcases + 6 carry‑ons

We’ll recommend the right vehicle based on your group size, luggage needs, and itinerary.

What info do I need to provide when I book?

To provide a tailored quote and itinerary, we’ll need:

  • Arrival and departure dates and locations
  • Names and ages of all travellers
  • Personal interests and requested services (e.g. tours, transfers, tickets)

We also require proof of full travel insurance before confirming a booking.

How can I pay for my reservation?

We accept secure online payments via Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Do you have any extra tips for travelling safely?
We recommend full travel insurance before booking. Our chauffeurs are licensed professionals, and vehicles are cleaned thoroughly inside and out. Complimentary bottled water and WiFi are provided for your comfort.
Help! I need to cancel my reservation.
Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancelled less than 30 days before travel, we may not be able to recover any fees. Amendments are subject to a £50 charge plus any additional costs. We’ll try to assist wherever possible.
