Oxford, Woodstock and Blenheim Palace

Your personal chauffeur will meet you in the lobby of your hotel at 8:00 am. This is a good time to discuss the day’s itinerary and make any changes if you need to.
Your chauffeur will then drive you to Oxford, the city of dreaming spires, where you can explore the city and the history behind Oxford University. Why not visit the oldest building in Oxford, the Divinity School, which was used to hold parliament by Charles I during the civil war. There is lots here for Harry Potter fans too. Walk up the stairs at Hogwarts where Harry first meets Professor McGonagall and see the actual dining hall that was the inspiration for the dining hall at Hogwarts.
After lunch, either in Oxford or at a village pub along route, your chauffeur will drive you into the south western part of the Cotswold’s to visit the village of Woodstock, home to Blenheim Palace.
Built in 1708, as a gift from the nation to 1st Duke of Marlborough, Blenheim Palace is one of England’s finest stately homes. Blenheim Palace is also the birthplace of the wartime Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill. The tour here will take you through the Churchill exhibition before visiting some of the state rooms, dining room and library.
Now it’s time to sit back and relax while your chauffeur drives you back to your hotel.
