London Family Tour

This tour is approximately 8 hours

Your personal chauffeur will meet you in the lobby of your hotel at 8:00 am. This is a good time to discuss the day’s itinerary and make any changes if you need to.

The day will start with a ride on the London Eye, Europe’s tallest observation wheel where you can see many of the major historical sights of London from your capsule.

Buckingham Palace is the next stop where you can watch the Changing of the guard (subject to army schedule) and see the balcony where William and Kate had their public kiss on their wedding day.

Another stop could be The Tower of London which was built in 1066 and has has quite a history. As well as a fortress the Tower has been used as a prison, the Royal Mint and a zoo where people were admitted free if they brought along a cat or a dog to be fed to the animals. The Tower is also known as a place of execution where many people, including some of our queens, have been beheaded. The Tower is also home to the Crown Jewels.

On route to the Tower of London you will see many of the major sites in London including Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Downing Street.

When it comes to lunch London has just about every kind of cuisine you could ask for and your chauffeur will be pleased to advise you on this.

Many feature films have been filmed in London and your chauffeur can point out many places as you go along including sites from Harry Potter and James Bond.
